What have I gotten myself into?

Ok, so the basic idea's simple enough. Read a parable per day, make some commentary on it, hopefully it's a learning experience for everyone involved. And then the problem pops up, right on schedule: what's the definition of the parables. So after a long and complicated search, I figured what I'll do is this: I'll assume the following 33 parables for now, but I reserve the right to do make changes to that plan where it seems apropriate. Possibly use some of the "proverbial expressions" as well, altho that'd involve looking at two or once or suchlike. Funs.

So anyway, here's the list of parables with the books they appear in.
